As Principal and Broker of Record for Veracity | CRE, Duncan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every transaction. With proven and specialized skills in property economics, leasing and green building, Duncan’s professional experience is as lengthy as it is varied.
As an active member and former Fiala Fellow of ICSC, as well as a LEED AP BD+C with the U.S. and Canadian Green Building Councils, Duncan has put his knowledge to good use in a variety of industry-related roles across commercial asset classes.
Duncan holds a Bachelor of Community Design from Dalhousie University, as well as a Masters in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford. Additionally, Duncan is currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate from Harvard University as a member of the inaugural 2023/2024 academic year.

Nane Martinez
Associate
As an Associate with Veracity | CRE, Nane brings a unique and design-oriented approach to client services. With a passion for both interior and graphic design, Nane is responsible for leading strategic marketing and engagement-related efforts.
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Nane started her career in the co-working arena before transitioning into commercial real estate. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Nane holds a Bachelor of Business Creation and Innovation from Universidad de Monterrey and is currently pursuing a diploma in Interior Design from the Interior Design Institute of Canada.
